Handmade using recycled materials, these snail studs were made using the impression of a tiny (no longer of this world) snail shell found in a houseplant in my home. Delicate and dainty, these studs are perfect for pairing or as a small detail on your ears.

Each earring is handcrafted using recycled sterling silver metal clay and is soldered to a recycled sterling silver post. Earring sets come gift packaged in recycled and recyclable/ compostable/ reusable materials.

Inspired by the yearning to be closer and connected to the natural world, The Biophilia Collection is crafted from organic components found in the Maryland mountainside  and hand cast in my home studio using recycled sterling silver and copper metal clay. 

Locally scavenged seeds, needles, leaves, fungus, branches and bark are the inspiration and forms for these whimsical pieces. I hope they allow you to feel closer to nature even when you are unable to immerse yourself in its wonders.
